Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. No refunds on items that have been installed or used, special order or electrical parts.
“Special Order” means any Goods that are not held in stock by us (a non-stock item) and are therefore ordered and/or manufactured specifically as per your request. Payment in full is required for such Special Orders at the time the Special Order is placed with us. Special Orders are non-refundable except at our sole discretion.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that we are not responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.
There are certain situations where no or only partial refunds are granted:
In Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
In the event that an item needs to be returned, you can contact us by e-mail or call for a return authorization number. Items shipped to MI-T-MOW without a return authorization number will be returned to customer at customers cost.
Please include the following information for refund and returns policy: Name, Physical Address, E-mail and or Phone number, Original Invoice, Order number, Bank account confirmation (bank statement or letter stating account number and account holder details) and Reason for returning the item(s).
25% restocking fee will apply to returns!
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Remember that credits can take up to 5 working days and refund payments take between 3 and 5 working days after credit was done.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Courier
We are not responsible for damages and loss while in transit with couriers, please check parcel when receiving it and let the courier know if damaged.
Returns
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to return a item, send us an email at sales@mitmow.co.za and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
